By using hacksecinfotech.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The website

Content on this site is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of results.

3. Engagements

All services are delivered under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties and liability. Where those terms conflict with these, the signed agreement prevails.

4. Intellectual property

The HackSec Infotech name, logo, site design and written content are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Deliverables created for a client transfer to that client on the terms of the engagement agreement — typically on full payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it to transmit unlawful or malicious content. Good-faith security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.

6. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise.
