Atlas Retail Red Team
A six-week objective-based red team across 1,200 stores, corporate IT and the e-commerce estate.
The problem
Annual scanning kept coming back clean while leadership had no idea whether a determined attacker could actually reach cardholder data.
What we did
Objective-based adversary simulation: phishing, physical store access, network pivoting and cloud privilege escalation, run against a defined crown-jewel objective with the blue team blind.
The result
We reached the target segment in nine days through a chain no scanner had flagged; every step was remediated and retested, and detection coverage was rebuilt around the gaps.
They found a privilege-escalation chain three previous audits had missed, then sat with our engineers until every step was closed. The retest certificate was the easiest budget line I have ever defended.
