The problem

The studio had a compelling prototype but no netcode, no economy and no path to a scalable live-ops model.

What we did

We rebuilt the simulation as server-authoritative with client prediction and rollback, designed the progression economy, and shipped a content pipeline the studio could run without engineering.

The result

Soft launch held 38% day-seven retention and the live-ops calendar now ships new content weekly without a developer in the loop.

We handed over a prototype and got back a live game with netcode, an economy and a content pipeline our own team can run. They were honest about what would not work, which saved us a quarter.
