One design system replacing four divergent product UIs across a 90-person product organisation.
The problem
Four product teams had drifted into four visual languages; every new feature restarted the same arguments about buttons and spacing.
What we did
An audit of 640 existing components collapsed into 74 tokens-driven primitives, delivered simultaneously in Figma and as a published, versioned React package with Storybook docs.
The result
Feature design time dropped by nearly half and accessibility conformance moved from patchy to AA across every product surface.
Four product teams, four design languages, one very tired design lead. The system they built is the first one our engineers actually adopted — because it shipped as code, not a slide deck.
